GSG is looking for a motivated team player to join our Cincinnati distribution group!

This position will be in our Receiving Department and will have the following responsibilities:

• Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.
• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and record keeping purposes.
• Confer or correspond with internal departments to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.
• Put away materials in proper warehouse location with forklift.

In addition to being an energetic, motivated, self-starting team player, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• At least 6 months experience in a previous distribution receiving environment.
• Experience with warehouse operations-RF barcode scanning a plus!
• Fork lift experience-certified a plus!
• Able to lift approx 70 lbs without assistance
• Able to pass an employment physical and drug screen.
